Parking: Holistic Options have 2 dedicated parks to the rear of the building. At the end of Margaret Street (next door) there is an off-street public carpark – 120mins free. Street parking is metered.
How to book a face-to-face appointment during the COVID traffic light framework?
If you believe you need to see the doctor face to face, please call reception to explain what your concerns are. The doctor will assess the information and decide what is the best course of action.
If the doctor believes you need to be seen face to face, then you will be given an appointment. If you have any COVID symptoms, inform the team on the day of the appointment so we can organise the premises.
When you arrive, remain in your car and call the reception on +64 9 360 0377. The reception will inform you on current procedures.
There is hand sanitiser in the waiting area, please use it on the way in and way out.
Stay at a 2-meter distance with a mask on in the waiting area.
It is better you come alone, however, if you require a support person, please let us know.
