Cancelling and Rescheduling appointments
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment at any time up to 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. We ask that you give us 24hrs notice so we can utilise GP time to a maximum.
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment in the 24hrs before your scheduled appointment, a fee will be charged of $25/15mins cancelled for enrolled patients and $40/15mins for casual patients.
Missed Appointments
If you don’t turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee for your missed appointment.
